i guess i expected more from this place the breakfast fruit selection was kinda sad it's like they forgot about mangoes and pineapples seriously i mean this is southeast asia isn't it the beach situation wasn't great either plastic bags and wrappers everywhere made swimming a bit of an obstacle course it seemed like the staff weren't too bothered to deal with the mess i saw guests taking care of the cleanup themselves. i felt so uninspired.

The staff was WONDERFUL. They picked us up from the airport and offered us welcome drinks upon arrival. The pool and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Christmas lights and a gingerbread house were up, it.
The beach does have some rubbish that washes up occasionally. I saw plastic bags and wrappers at times.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff provided excellent spa services. Breakfast was good quality. We rented a scooter easily through the hotel with simple and quick procedures.

Breakfast included good options. The restaurant supervisor Kate went out of her way to help us. We enjoyed the food at the Palm Restaurant. The buffet was delicious and had great variety.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, ESPECIALLY Henry. My, the customer service manager, was lovely and accommodating. They always checked if we needed anything. The staff is efficient and effective.

The rooms are spacious. EVERYTHING i needed was there. the housekeeping service was on point, so my room was super clean. The pool area HAS a bar and overlooks the beach. It's SUPER relaxing.

the staff consistently checked to see if i needed information. i found the staff warm. the free shuttle bus to the airport was very welcome after a long flight. the staff was helpful and quick.

the hotel is near a busy road, causing some noise at times. karaoke music from nearby venues was audible on some evenings. this did disturb the tranquility.

The hotel is located on a VERY busy and noisy main road. Loud karaoke music played every other night. I found this VERY distracting and impacted my sleep.
